Look closer.
Encounter the forms, colors and intricate structures that microscopy brings into view.
A microscopic art exhibition
A closer look at life. A different way of seeing ourselves.

01 / The encounter
Tiny Revelations brings the microscopic world into a shared space. Images from the lab meet art, personal stories and questions about life, illness and discovery.
Developed around the work of Anne Rios and Dream3D Lab, the exhibition invites visitors to look closely, make connections and discover a question of their own.
Encounter the forms, colors and intricate structures that microscopy brings into view.
Discover the people and questions behind the research, and the lives that give it meaning.
A small discovery. A new connection. A question that stays with you after you leave.
02 / A different scale
A tiny revelation is a moment that changes the way you see something. In this exhibition, that moment might begin with an unfamiliar image, a researcher’s question or a story that feels close to home.
Through art and microscopy, we make room for curiosity about the body and the research it inspires. The exhibition places scientific inquiry alongside the experience of being human: vulnerable, imaginative and full of questions.

03 / The next encounter
Tiny Revelations was first presented at Nicolaïkerk in Utrecht, opening on 9 September 2026.
We welcome conversations with venues and cultural partners interested in presenting the work in a new setting. Tell us about your space, your audience and the questions you would like to explore together.
